After the pandemic, our festival is coming back for a "health check" on the state of graphic novel in Italy. In order to do that, we will follow the invisible lines linking the past to the present - and the future - of comics.
Some of the comics masters who made the history of graphic novel in Italy will meet new talents from all over the world.

Invisible Lines is also the name of a special project, promoted by the Creative Europe programme, which will bring to Bologna 12 young cartoonists from all over Europe for the first time ever. A unique glimpse of the future of European comics, and the books we will read in the coming years.
