Ugo Bienvenu

Ugo Bienvenu started his education at the École Estienne in Paris. He later studied animation at the Gobelins, and further specialized in experimental animation at the Californian Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles. He went to work at Miyu Productions when he returned to France, and participated in the production of several animated films. His productions have been shown on Canal Plus and Arte, and at several international festivals. In 2014 he released his first graphic novel through Denoël Graphic, the adaptation of David Vann's gripping novel Sukkwan Island.
