Fabien Texier è uno dei fondatori dell'associazione Central Vapeur, con sede a Strasburgo.
Nata nel 2010, Central Vapeur si occupa di valorizzare e diffondere le arti grafiche - fumetto, illustrazione e disegno - organizzando eventi culturali come il festival Central Vapeur e la 24h de l'illustration, e fornendo supporto ad artiste e artisti per quanto riguarda gli aspetti economici, sociali e giuridici del loro lavoro.
